As ourHospitality Staffing Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in both operations and client relations: overseeing daily scheduling, supporting our hospitality talent, and fostering relationships with top-tier clients like major hotel groups, and entertainment industry events. This isn’t warehouse or volume staffing—this is about elevating the guest experience by placing the right people in the right roles. We’re fast-moving, detail-focused, and passionate about creating exceptional service experiences.What You’ll Do Staffing Operations & Oversight Manage daily scheduling across multiple high-volume hospitality accounts Confirm client orders and staff assignments with accuracy and urgency Supervise shift coverage, on-call scheduling, and last-minute changes Ensure staff are properly matched to the specific service needs of each event Maintain clear documentation of shifts, rates, and event specs Client Relations & Retention Serve as a point of contact for key hospitality clients Conduct regular check-ins to understand needs and preempt issues Build long-term relationships through reliable service and proactive support Collaborate with sales to identify new opportunities within existing accounts Occasionally attend events or walkthroughs to support both staff and client satisfaction Team Leadership & Talent Support Oversee and participate in sourcing, screening, and onboarding event service professionals Lead orientation and training sessions to ensure staff meet client expectations Offer coaching and mentorship to internal team members Ensure compliance with scheduling protocols and internal policies Cross-Departmental Coordination Partner with recruiting, sales, and operations to ensure seamless execution Share client feedback and notes to improve service delivery across the board Support a positive, collaborative office culture rooted in hospitality valuesWhat You Bring 4–6 years of experience in hospitality, event staffing, or client services—ideally in a supervisory or scheduling role Polished communication skills with strong follow-up and client rapport Comfort managing last-minute changes in a high-volume, service-oriented setting A hospitality mindset: detail-oriented, team-driven, guest-focused Familiarity with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools (Mac experience a plus) Bonus: Experience supporting luxury catering, hotels, or high-profile eventsPerks & Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Growth potential in a regional company that promotes from within Monthly BonusesAdditional Details Working Conditions · Primarily seated at a computer or on the phone · Occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs) · Must be comfortable in a high-volume office environment with shifting daily prioritiesCompliance & Legal Disclosures Equal Opportunity Statement The Party Staff is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
