Candidates need at least five years of experience in Labor & Employment litigation with strong verbal, writing, research, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with wage & hour class action and PAGA matters. Self-motivation is essential, and you must be a team player. Qualifications: Admission to the California State Bar.Minimum 5 years of Labor & Employment litigation experience, with a strong background in wage and hour class action and PAGA mattersExcellent verbal, writing, research, and analytical skills.Litigation experienceSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of employment litigation matters, including being responsible for drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, including taking and defending depositions, preparing cases for mediation and preparing cases for trialClient interaction and managementCase assessmentClass/PAGA action data analysis Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $ 110,000 - $150,00 depending on experienceBenefits include:401(k)Health, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid time off Work Location:This position allows attorneys to work remotely as well as at our offices in Costa Mesa, Palm Springs, and Indian Wells.
