What Youll DoCoordinate day-to-day service operations: scheduling, logistics, invoicing, and documentationCreate estimates, quotes, and technical proposals for small service jobsCommunicate with customers, Field Service Technicians, subcontractors, and internal teamsTrack and manage short-term projects from start to finishSupport Outside Sales and Market Development Managers to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records in Navpoint and ensure project data is up to date What Were Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business (or equivalent experience)Experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical industriesBackground in estimating, bidding, or coordinating field service workExcellent typing and computer skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to read blueprints and analyze technical/business informationStrong organizational and communication skillsCustomer-focused with a proactive problem-solving mindset?
