Supply Chain/Purchasing Coordinator (Worcester)

Vaco has partnered with our client to hire a Supply Chain/Purchasing Coordinator to fulfill a 6-12-month contract (may be extended)Where: Worcester, MA (onsite) When: Immediate need, 6-12 months Pay: $27/hour System Knowledge Requirements: SAP Process manual purchase requisitions, convert to purchase orders, communicate to suppliers and other involved stakeholdersTrack and update Vendor acknowledgementsDirect supplier activities using established procedures and protocolsInitiate, receive, review, and process paperwork to set up vendors in SAPMonitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or related role with Indirect or Direct materials or servicesSupply chain experienceWorking knowledge of SAP High school diploma or equivalent.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Strong analytical and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
