The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and brings a positive, solution-driven approach to daily challenges.At our company, we live by our values:Elevate Excellencein everything we do,Tailor Your Journeyby taking ownership and responsibility, and operate withFashion with Integrityby keeping our word to clients, partners, and team members.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee shipping, receiving, and transportation of goods between our atelier and stores in Palm Beach and Boca Raton.keep detail shipping and tracking records for all packages.Performquality control (QC) of all new goods receivedto ensure merchandise meets brand standards.Maintain strict quality control standards for purchase orders, packing slips, and product reconciliation.Tag, process, steam and prepare merchandise for stores.Process and track vendor returns (RTVs).Create and process purchase orders, while monitoring merchandise flow with accuracy.Run inventory reports to confirm merchandise levels and support replenishment needs.Fulfill web sales orders and ensure timely, accurate shipping.Manage multi-store inventory through QuickBooks POS and Shopify.Supportset-up and break-down for special events, trunk shows, and new store openings.Ensure all goods are prepared, tracked, and delivered with precision and care.QualificationsValid drivers license, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to commute to our West Palm Beach office.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to changing priorities.Proficiency with computer systems, including inventory and POS software.Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.Positive, flexible attitude with a commitment to teamwork and excellence.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing luxury brand where your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our stores and the exceptional service we provide to our clients.This position also included a generous benefits package and health insurance.
