Warehouse Associate (Baton Rouge)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO)Opening:Open all necessary doors.Ensure crew area is clean; make coffee.Open pad trailer doors.Turn on warehouse electronics.Load Out:Load crews with assigned materials.Operate forklift safely.Obtain crew leaders signatures on pick tickets.Maintain good relationships with crews.Material Staging:Coordinate material pick-up with PMs & Warehouse Manager.Allocate unassigned products in JobRunner.Pick and stage materials per work orders.Accurately prepare pallets for mobilization.Material Delivery:Deliver assigned products post-crew departure.Track remaining materials for each work order.Receiving Shipments:Verify shipments against POs.Unload, label, and store materials ventory Management:Maintain accurate bin anize and audit inventory regularly.Team Collaboration:Coordinate and communicate with the team.Facilities:Keep the warehouse clean.Maintain parking lot; clear dumpsters; run magnet daily.Additional Duties:Assist Warehouse Manager with maintenance as needed.
