Build operating and revenue budgets; analyze performance; drive corrective actions to hit targets.Elevate operations. Standardize processes, translate data into action, and remove barriers across support functions.Lead leaders. Coach and develop VP/GMs, RDOs, and branch leadership; build a strong succession pipeline.Ensure compliance. Maintain audit readiness; uphold CMS Conditions of Participation and state DoH requirements.Grow the business. Partner with Clinical and Sales to expand market share; launch new programs; evaluate new tegrate acquisitions.
