We are seeking a skilled Senior Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a healthcare organization based in Ft Collins, CO. This role is responsible for managing the talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier healthcare professionals as well as providing HR support across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring initiative, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership to build a robust talent pipeline and support HR operations, including onboarding/offboarding, benefits enrollment, training, and process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full-cycle talent acquisition process, from sourcing to offerBuild and maintain a pipeline of candidatesDevelop and execute social media and outreach campaignsRepresent the company at recruiting fairs and school programs (23 trips/year)Maintain and optimize the ATS and recruiting toolsCollaborate on employer branding and candidate experience initiativesOnboard and offboard, including document management, benefits enrollment, coordination with payroll, etc.Respond to employee questions and requests for informationAdminister the performance mangement processProvide support for benefits questions and manage benefits vendorsLead policy and process developmentSpecial projects and events, as neededQualificationsBachelors degree in HR, business, or related field preferred5-7+ years of relevant HR and talent acquisition experience, preferably in healthcareExperience with all operational areas of HR, including: benefits, compensation, policy development, performance management, leave management, etc. Experience with Paycor or similar HRIS/ATS systemDemonstrated initiative and ability to own recruiting processesSocial media savvy with experience in outreach and brandingExcellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skillsHigh ethical standards and the ability to work independently with initiative and discretionColorado driver's license requiredLocationPrimarily remote work within Colorado.
