Job Title: Clinical Recruiting Manager Location: Indianapolis, IN (with coordination across Lawrenceburg and Cincinnati offices) Reports To: Chief Clinical Officer / HR Director FLSA Status: Exempt | Full-TimePosition SummaryThe Nurse Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading and scaling Tendercares recruitment efforts for nursing staff and home health aides across multiple office locations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring Tendercare has the right clinical staff in place to meet the needs of over 350 patients and ongoing new admissions.The successful candidate will be a creative, results-driven leader with a proven track record in healthcare recruitment, strong team-building skills, and the ability to implement systems that prioritize quality candidates over quantity. An active Registered Nurse (RN) license is strongly preferred to support nurse education, onboarding, and hire-on processes.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive nurse recruiting strategies to attract high-quality RNs and LPNs.Design, implement, and scale a home health aide recruiting program to support agency growth.Coordinate recruitment efforts across the Indianapolis and Lawrenceburg offices.Build, mentor, and hold accountable a high-performing recruiting team.Partner with clinical leadership and HR to support new hire orientation, education, and onboarding.Ensure all recruiting practices are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.Maintain metrics and reports to measure recruiting effectiveness, candidate pipeline health, and retention outcomes.Represent Tendercare at job fairs, community events, and professional associations to promote employer brand.Collaborate with marketing and operations to implement creative recruiting campaigns and referral programs.Continuously improve processes, serving as a change catalyst for scaling recruiting capacity and efficiency.QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in Nursing, Human Resources, or related field required.
