TechnoSmarts has a Contract Healthcare Paralegal position available with their client in Brookline, MA. This is a 6 month - Right to Hire position with a well respected Healthcare system. This is a Hybrid position - 3 days/week on-site.ResponsibilitiesManaging contract review requests and other tasks within contract management system AgiloftReviewing template agreements and simple amendments.Managing some corporate filings and governance matters.Assisting corporate attorneys with additional needs.Qualifications5 years of previous experience as a paralegal required.Experience in an inhouse healthcare setting or in healthcare department of a law firm preferred.Experience with contracts management system in a law firm/in-house.
