Your work wont just drive clicksit will drive confidence, creativity, and loyalty for homeowners, pros, and design enthusiasts across the country.Your Day Consists OfDefining and evolving the roadmap for our shopping and content experiences, from discovery to personalization.Translating data, VOC signals, and market research into product moves that lift conversion and customer satisfaction.Partnering with UX, Marketing, Merchandising, and Customer Care to create intuitive, inspiring shopping journeys.Leading Agile ritualsbacklog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritizationwith clarity and purpose.Owning personalization experiments (A/B testing, tagging, taxonomy) that ensure the right content reaches the right customer.Troubleshooting content or platform issues, ensuring smooth operations across a high-traffic site.Youll Be Supported WithPrograms like 401K with discretionary company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and Referral Bonus ProgramMedical, Dental, Vision, Life and other Insurance Plans (subject to eligibility criteria)Work-life balance, includingPaid vacation and sick time for eligible associatesPaid holidays plus a personal holidayPaid Volunteer Time Off that starts on Day 1Youll Be Successful With6+ years of ecommerce product management, leading shopping or content-rich digital platforms.Hands-on experience with personalization tools (Dynamic Yield or similar), A/B testing, and CMS/content modeling.Strong UX fundamentalsyou can guide a junior designer and advocate for clean, intuitive journeys.Data confidence: comfortable pulling insights from GA, VOC, and market research to shape product fort balancing strategic roadmap ownership with tactical triage, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.Ability to write crisp user stories, run Agile processes, and deliver measurable impact in fast-paced environments.Work Environment / Physical ExpectationsYoull work in a quiet to moderate office environment that supports focus, collaboration, and cross-functional connection.This role is primarily sedentary, with most of your time spent at a deskthough you may occasionally move about for meetings, collaboration, or presentations.You should be comfortable with light physical activity (lifting or moving up to 20 pounds on occasion), but the role is not physically demanding day-to-day.Working Conditions (travel, environment)Limited travel requiredThe noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderateHybrid role: Monday - Thursday in officePhysical/Sensory RequirementsSedentary Work Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
