Joyful Companions Home Care is growing, and we are seeking an additional Social Worker to serve as a full-time Intake Home Care Coordinator. The Home Care Coordinator is responsible for developing, planning, implementing, supervising, and monitoring social services for our companion care clients.The position requires flexible hours, a cheerful, friendly disposition, and a can-do attitude! The ideal candidate's personality will incorporate warmth, kindness, and compassion while encompassing skills that include intelligence, energetic self-starter, and motivated character with excellent follow-through and people skills in order to meet our clients' needs promptly. We look for confident experience in problem-solving, willingness to work on a team, and an ability to adjust to changing situations.
