Artisan-crafted designs combine Old-World techniques with modern styles and are available at Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, and other fine retailers, as well as on the company's e-commerce site.Role OverviewKim Seybert is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator who is passionate about E-Commerce and the luxury space to join the team. Youll be responsible for the day-to-day production of our website. This position is entry level; were seeking someone who is motivated to learn and grow. You will plan and oversee daily content updates, product launches, collection merchandising, landing page set up, site navigation and more. Working closely with our Digital Marketing Director, youll manage multiple projects and must have a strong attention to detail and proactive communication skills.An eye for luxury and ability to understand the Kim Seybert brand and affluent customer is key. A highly analytical and creative thinker, the E-Commerce Coordinatorwill be excited to take on multiple projects and will be a collaborative team player with a passion to further develop their skills.Position ResponsibilitiesEnsure all collections are launched correctlyRegularly audit and maintain visual merchandising of site, working closely with marketing team to ensure elevated and cohesive presentation of productsKeep product pages current with latest imagery, specs and descriptions, audit regularly to ensure accuracyOversee inventory levels across digital platforms, monitoring stock availability and ensuring accurate product informationCreate and update landing pages to support marketing effortsAssist with reporting and analysis, communicate progress and business objectives frequently in meetingsAssist with Customer Service emails and live chatWork with the Digital Marketing Director to implement social media and online marketing strategiesAssist Digital Marketing Director in implementing SEO/ search engine marketing (SEM) back link strategies and online traffic initiatives as neededAssist with product sample tracking and PR requests as neededMinimum Position QualificationsThis is a full-time, on-site role based in our New York office. Candidates must be available to work from the office Monday through Friday.Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in business or marketing, retail marketing, E-Commerce, internet marketing, and/or multi-channel marketing; or combination of relevant education and experienceExperience in retail E-Commerce, product merchandisingExperience with Shopify Plus preferred and retailer-specific technologiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel analyticsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExperience directing and participating on project teamsFamiliarity with Canva for editing a plus
