With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, on-time projects, were looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.Position SummaryAs a Project Manager, youll oversee mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You'll lead coordination efforts between field staff, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and clients, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality and safety.ResponsibilitiesManage full lifecycle of mechanical construction projects, from budgeting to completionDevelop and maintain project schedules and budgetsLead coordination with field superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clientsReview and interpret blueprints, specs, and submittalsManage RFIs, change orders, and job cost trackingConduct regular site visits and project meetingsEnsure adherence to safety protocols and project requirementsWork closely with procurement team for timely delivery of materialsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsQualificationsBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project managementStrong understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systemsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsOSHA 30 certification preferredBenefits$130,000 - $150,000 Base (based on years of experience)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCareer development opportunitiesJoin a company where your experience matters and your voice is heard.
