Drywall Construction Project Manager (Palmetto)

My client is seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager to join their team in the Tampa area. This role requires a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in managing commercial drywall projects from start to finish.Responsibilities:Oversee all phases of drywall projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.Manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.Monitor job costs, budgets, and schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget.Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and general contractors.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in commercial drywall project management.Strong knowledge of metal framing, drywall, ceilings, and Division 9 scopes.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Location: Greater Tampa Area, FL
