Well Read on- we are currently looking for a:SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER 8+ years experience in Multifamily, Single Family FFE and SpecificationsThe Successful Candidate will be a CREATIVE and quick-thinking team player, with impeccable professionalism, commitment to deadlines and easy-going personality!You will have a 4-year degree in Interior Design and 8+years applicable Interior Design experience in Furnishings, Fabrics and Specifications. With your 4+ years of team leadership or management skills, you will successfully train and coach your design assistant and work collaboratively with others involved in the projects.We prefer candidates who live/work in the Central Florida area or plan to move here soon.We look forward to seeing your Digital portfolio of applicable Interior Design images.SUMMARY RESPONSIBILITIESUndertake design project from concept to completion focusing on Specs and FFEManage multiple projects focusing on high end amenities, multi-family and modelsInterpret and translate customer needs into desired Specs and final FFEWork closely with Interior Architecture to concept interior details and space planning in all phases of the project (drawings are by Interior Architects)Assist with and/or lead client meetings and job site walk throughsKeep all projects on schedule and within time frames set out for selections and orderingFollow spec and FFE budget requirementsEnsure all items are ordered for a project with the Project Manager/ExpeditorUnderstand CA process, RFIs and Submittals as neededParticipate fully in the FFE installation and punch of the projectUse your Leadership skills to train and coach your Design Assistant and collaborate with others working on the projectWork closely and respectfully with outside architects, supers, clients, subs etcFLORIDA CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASECandidates will have 'GREEN CARD' or US CITIZENSHIPCandidates will have a DIGITAL PORTFOLIO to SHARE-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Beasley & Henley Interior design offers salary commensurate with experience, 401K, healthcare program, dental program, paid vacation, education reimbursements.At Beasley & Henley Interior Design everyone is important, everyone has a valuable contribution to make and everyone has the opportunity to have a dynamic impact and create something of which to be truly proud.Job Type: Full-time
