Please apply today to be considered immediately!ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with estimators to assign and prioritise bid opportunities.Supporting with Bidding Documentation, managing bid invitations through the use of relevant software Prepare and submit pre qualification documents, bid forms, and proposal informationMaintain up-to-date records of all bid submissions and contracts Collaborate closely with estimators to make sure that bid proposals meet company standards.Assist in collecting vendor quotes and subcontractor pricing specific to glazing projectsHelp manage follow-ups, including clarifications and revisions Maintain and update an organised digital filing system for all bid documents.Qualifications:Knowledge and familiarity with construction bidding platforms and bid preparation Basic understanding of construction documents (plans, specs, scopes).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlinesExcellent verbal communication skills and telephone mannerExperience working with a subcontractor, especially in the commercial glazing, curtain wall, and faade industry is preferred!Experience with Bluebeam take off software is essential Permanent Residents or Green Card holders only!
