(1) Recruitment implementationAssist in formulating the recruitment plan for North America, execute the job posting, resume screening and candidate pre-screening process, and coordinate with the business department to determine the interview arrangement.Maintain the recruitment management system, update the status of candidates in real time, ensure that the recruitment data accurately reflects the progress, and regularly summarize the effectiveness analysis of recruitment channels.Assist in issuing offers and pre - employment communication, coordinate pre - employment preparation work such as background checks and visa document preparation, and improve the candidate's pre - employment experience.(2) Employer Branding in Higher Education InstitutionsParticipated in the formulation of employer branding strategies for North American universities, planned employer branding activities such as campus recruitment events and job fairs, and enhanced the company's influence in target universities.Build partnerships with university Career Development centers, maintain school-enterprise cooperation projects, and promote the effective connection between internship programs and campus recruitment.Collect and organize student feedback and market dynamics, optimize employer brand communication content, and enhance employer brand exposure through social media, campus communities and other channels.(3) Personnel compliance managementAssist in sorting out the personnel policies in North America to ensure that the processes of employee onboarding, transfer and separation comply with local labor laws and company compliance requirements.(4) Personal Information Record and Data ManagementResponsible for the establishment and maintenance of employees' paper and electronic files to ensure that the file information is complete, accurate and compliant with privacy protection regulations.Regularly organize personnel data, generate statistical reports on employee structure, attendance, performance, etc., to provide data support for HR decision-making.Assist in optimizing the operation process of the personnel information system, promote the standardized management of data, and improve the operational efficiency of HR.(5) Implementation of employee activities and careImplement North American daily cultural activities, establish employee care mechanisms and programs to ensure the optimization of effectiveness and budgetLocal emergency special event response3.
