Position: Patient Benefits RepLocation: Cary, NC (Full address: 11800 Weston Parkway, Cary, NC - 27513)Duration: 3-6 months+ temp-to-hire!!!Pay rate: $25-30/hr on W2Note:ONSITE roleWork schedule: Monday Friday, 9:30 AM 6:30 PM EST (1-hour unpaid lunch)JOB DESCRIPTION:Ability to work independently with minimal passionate and empathetic toward patients, with respect for teammates.Adaptable and flexible with changing daily assignments.Capable of handling and documenting 2530 calls per day with accurate progress notes.Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook.Critical Thinking, Communication, and Customer Service (non-negotiable).Professionalism at all times when interacting with patients, manufacturers, and insurance providers.Previous experience in obtaining prior authorizations is a strong plus.Job ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls from patients, manufacturers, and insurance providers.Make outbound calls to patients, insurances, and manufacturers regarding patient cases.Obtain clinical documentation from providers offices for prior authorization approvals.Submit clinical documentation to insurance companies according to their required process.Follow up on prior authorization submissions to ensure timely approvals.Learn and utilize the pharmacy management system for processing patient pharmacy claims.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and municate effectively with team members and leadership.Maintain strong attention to detail in all work.Thanks!GURJANT GARY SINGH | LEAD RECRUITEROffice 925-297-5994
