Multimedia Designer (Fort Lauderdale)

OverviewDynamico is seeking a versatile Multimedia Designer to join our growing creative team in Fort Lauderdale. In this role, you'll bring designs to life across our portfolio of companies, creating engaging visual content that spans static graphics to motion-based work. You'll collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to deliver compelling designs that support multiple brands and business objectives, with a focus on digital-first content that captures attention and drives engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce creative assets across multiple formats including digital advertisements, social media content, email campaigns, web graphics, and brand collateralCreate motion graphics and simple animations to enhance storytelling and engagement across digital channels (advanced animation skills not required)Collaborate with marketing teams across our portfolio brands to develop concepts and execute on-brand designs that align with distinct business goalsMaintain brand consistency while adapting designs for different platforms and formatsDevelop animated social media content, GIFs, and short-form video graphics to support marketing campaignsManage multiple projects across various brands while maintaining quality and meeting deadlinesStay current with design and motion trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the teamWork with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or related field3-5 years of professional design experience with a portfolio demonstrating both static and motion workStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and basic animationsExperience creating content for social media, digital advertising, and web platformsUnderstanding of design principles including typography, color theory, composition, and brand systemsAbility to work on-site at our Fort Lauderdale officeExcellent time management skills with ability to juggle multiple brands and projectsStrong communication skills and collaborative mindsetBonus: Experience with Figma, basic video editing, or UI/UX design principlesWhat We OfferComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefitsProfessional development opportunitiesOpportunity to work across diverse brands and industriesCollaborative, creative work environment in Fort LauderdaleFull-time, on-site position with stable hoursAbout Working at DynamicoYou'll have the opportunity to work across multiple exciting brands including social casinos, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing ventures.
