Project Coordinator (Dallas)

Project Coordinator - Heavy Civil (Dallas, TX, Onsite)We're seeking a detail-driven Project Coordinator with 3+ years in heavy civil construction (strong preference for tunneling and roadway projects) to support our Dallas team. This role is 100% onsite and critical to keeping projects on track, on budget, and safe.What You'll Do:Track invoices, purchase orders, subcontractor pay apps, and daily quantities.Coordinate with estimators, superintendents, and suppliers to ensure scope coverage, materials delivery, and accurate cost coding.Maintain project schedules, safety forms, RFIs, submittals, and change logs.Support the PM team with documentation, reporting, permits, and utility coordination.Observe field operations to gain hands-on understanding of construction processes.What We're Looking For:3+ years heavy civil experience; tunneling/roadway preferred.Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent field experience.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office; quick to learn construction software.Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, field-first environment.Growth Path: This role offers visibility across field and office operations with opportunities to grow into Project Management.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
