This full-time, on-site role is ideal for an early-career scientist or engineer with 12 years of experience in GMP manufacturing or quality support.Key Responsibilities:Write detailed deviation reports, documenting investigations in compliance with GMP standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, manufacturing, QC, engineering) to gather data and support root cause analysisEnsure timely closure of deviations and support CAPA documentation as neededParticipate in deviation trending and reporting to drive continuous improvementQualifications:Bachelors degree in a scientific or engineering or related field12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industryExperience writing or supporting GMP deviation investigations preferredPackaging experience is a plusQuality Control Lab experience is a plus but not requiredStrong analytical and writing skillsFamiliarity with quality systems is a plusAbout Our Culture:At Process Alliance, we strive to be a better model for how problems are solved, and solutions are delivered.
