Representing a well-respected civil design/build firm, we have several openings for their office in the Waterbury CT area we are looking to fill.CIVIL DESIGNER--responsibilities include preparation of site plans such as: site layout & parking plans, road design & grading, E & S control plans, utilities design, roadway & utility profiles, details & specsMUST BE PROFICIENT in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Earthworks & quantity take-offsSTRUCTURAL DESIGNER/DRAFTSPERSON (Commercial Construction)--this person will be working both in the office and in the field. --responsibilities include creating detailed structural drawings, reviewing shop drawings and performing reviews to help solve field conditionsMUST BE PROFICIENT in AutoCAD & Revit; prior experience preparing structural plans & details; strong skills in reviewing shop drawings for compliance; detail oriented with excellent communication skills.STRONG COMP & BENEFITSSalary commensurate with experience and position
