This role is ideal for candidates passionate about understanding immune mechanisms, applying state-of-the-art techniques, and contributing to impactful discoveries in both preclinical and clinical settings.Role SummaryThe Immunology Scientist Researcher will lead and support experimental immunology projects with a focus on cell-based assays, immune modulation studies, and animal models. The successful candidate will design experiments, manage timelines and deliverables, and generate high-quality data to advance scientific objectives in therapeutic discovery and diagnostic development.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, conduct, and troubleshoot in vitro and in vivo immunology experiments targeting innate and adaptive immune responses.Perform a wide range of immunological assays, including:Multicolor flow cytometry (surface, intracellular, and activation markers)ELISA, multiplex bead-based cytokine/chemokine profilingT cell activation, suppression, cytotoxicity, and proliferation assaysMacrophage and dendritic cell phenotyping and functional assaysConduct in vivo animal studies:Mouse model handling (tumor, inflammation, autoimmunity)Drug/compound administration (oral, IV, IP), blood/tissue collectionMonitoring physiological and behavioral responses in compliance with IACUCPresent experimental results at internal meetings and contribute to scientific publications, grant proposals, and patent applications.QualificationsPh.D. in Immunology, Cellular/Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field(Exceptional candidates with an M.S. and significant experience may be considered)Minimum 23 years of postdoctoral or industry experience in immunology or related biomedical researchStrong expertise in flow cytometry, immune cell culture, and murine models of diseaseDemonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and mentor junior team membersExcellent scientific communication skills and collaborative mindsetPreferred SkillsExtensive knowledge of human and murine immune systems, including immune profiling and subset characterizationExperience with clinical sample handling, immune biomarker discovery, or translational immunologyProficiency in data analysis tools such as FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, R, or PythonWhat We OfferOpportunity to shape cutting-edge research in a fast-paced, mission-driven biotech environmentAccess to advanced technologies and an interdisciplinary team including AI, genomics, and pathology expertsCompetitive salary and benefits packageCareer growth through internal leadership opportunities, scientific conferences, and publicationsTips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
