This role will focus on system configuration, reporting, integrations, and data management to support both U.S. and global operations.Key Responsibilities:Partner with HR, business leaders, and internal stakeholders to assess system needs and deliver effective Workday solutionsConfigure and maintain Core HCM and other modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent Management, and SecurityConduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process efficiencyLead or support HR technology initiatives, including module implementations, enhancements, and integration projectsManage user access, security roles, and business process workflowsDevelop reports and dashboards to meet business requirementsCollaborate on technology roadmaps and support bi-annual Workday release testingMaintain system documentation and follow established change management protocolsServe as a steward of HR data, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to SOX compliance standardsQualifications:Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience25 years of HRIS experience, ideally with Workday as the primary platformStrong technical knowledge of Core HCM plus experience in one or more additional modulesSkilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and translating business needs into technical requirementsExcellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision
