Director of Branch Operations non-medical in-home support servicesLocation: Bingham Farms, MichiganEmployment Type: Full-timeHealthcare Recruiters International is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a single home care branch, delivering high-quality, compliant, and compassionate care for seniors. Branch Operations Manager will manage staff performance, scheduling, client intake/assessments, and quality audits while partnering with senior leadership to hit growth and profitability goals.Key Responsibilities for Branch Operations Manager:Oversee branch operations, staffing, and service deliveryCoach/admin team leads (recruiting, retention, scheduling) and support caregiversManage KPIs: revenue, billable hours, client growth/retention, costsEnsure regulatory compliance and accurate documentationHandle client intake/assessments; resolve escalations with empathyBuild referral relationships and align local marketing with branch capacitySmooth operations, timely responses, and accurate records95%+ schedule accuracy; strong caregiver retentionCompliance maintained; budget targets met (e.g., staff cost and OT control)High client and family satisfactionQualifications for Branch Operations Manager:35+ years leading teams (home care/healthcare preferred)Strong people leadership, customer communication, and problem-solvingKnowledge of state/federal home care regulationsSkill with scheduling software, CRM, and Microsoft OfficeOrganized, compassionate, and results-drivenBenefits and Compensation for Branch Operations Manager:Base Salary of $80k$90k base with a performance bonus of 10% paid out quarterly.
