This Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manager will be provided competitive compensation, benefits, and the best resources available to be successful in this role.What We Need in this Role:Full Cycle RecruitmentCreating on-brand job ads that maximize applicantsResume search, interview process including scheduling and conductingCreate and send offer letter tailored to the position and individual to increase acceptance ratesAnalyze effectiveness of ads and platformsSocial Media Recruitment MarketingContent creation for social media posting on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.Social Media engagement with prospective and interested candidates on various platforms and groupsAnalyze effectiveness campaigns to tailor ads to target marketPartner with directors and supervisors, developing strong internal relationships to know their departments and better understand their talent needs, now and for the futureManage the hiring process ensuring excellent candidate experience and administration satisfactionKnowledge and ability to collect relevant data on recruitment trends and the confidence to adjust your approach as neededCollaborate with Human Resources Manager to analysis talent data to improve retention and reduce turnoverAssigned tasks based on business needsWhat You Bring to this Role:2+ years of relevant experience in a recruiting, sourcing, or recruitment marketing roleExperience in behavioral health and/or ABA recruitmentA strong social media presence and the ability to create and drive social engagementA passion for sourcing talent and knowing just the places to go for passive talentExcellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on employer brand, tact, and diplomacyProven ability to source a pipeline of qualified top talented candidates for multiple positionsStrong time management skills, and ability to set your own and adhere to deadlinesStrong accuracy and attention to detailSolid organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskAbility to work well independently, as well as in a team environmentDemonstrated ability to maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion
