Specifically, our industry expertise and exposure to multiple national pharmacy delivery models affords us a unique perspective for client partners seeking to develop and deploy intrinsically unique enterprise pharmacy solutions.Opportunity DescriptionThe Senior Consultant serves an important role in leading our ongoing relationships with valued Client Partners. Maintaining the highest threshold of customer satisfaction is mainstay for Prism, and the Senior Consultant plays a vitally important role in ensuring our valued Client Partners receive the assurances and services that were promised. Additionally, the Senior Consultant along with the respective team of Consultants and support staff will field both routine and complex internal and external requests related to a Client Partners plan performance, validation of contractual performance, identification of industry trends, and supporting delivery of Client Partner goals and initiatives.The Senior Consultant will ensure a high degree of quality, accuracy, responsiveness, reliability, open communication, and professionalism within each Client Partner interaction, resulting in 95%+ year over year Client Partner contract retention.Finally, the Senior Consultant will cross-collaborate with the Consulting Operations and Business Development Teams to enhance firm wide Client Partner deliverables, as well as assist in the capture of new business development opportunities when needed.As a valued member of the Prism Team, the Senior Consultant will contribute to the development of overarching goals and initiatives of the firm, and serve as a respected counterweight when vetting new initiatives and priorities.Roles & Responsibilities Attest and commit to putting forth independent thought, humility, authenticity, and dedicated stewardship to client partners, members / patients, internal partners, and external partners; Collaborate with the broader Prism team to support and execute organizational goals, strategies, and directives; Support collaborative efforts with Consulting Operations to develop product enhancements, remedy ongoing issues, and maintain quality Client Partner Deliverables; Deploy key Client Partner deliverables and solutions, which includes ongoing plan reviews, financial reconciliations, and market evaluations; Collaborate, plan, and implement policies relevant to Client Management business segment to ensure high degrees of Client Partner satisfaction and Client Partner retention; Aid in providing key insights and process improvements to the Consulting Operations and Client Management Team with aim at enhancing current and future Client Partner deliverables and product offerings; Coordinate contract management and negotiation strategy with Consulting Operations staff, as well as Client Partners Pharmacy Benefit Manager(s); Coordinate and validate accuracy of the Carrier-Account-Group (CAG) structures including the guaranteed network discounts, rebate guarantees, and any required exclusions/caveats with the Consulting Operations team; Lead legacy Client Partner renewals alongside the Director of Client Management, Consulting Operations, and sales activity alongside the Business Development; and, Collaborate with the broader Prism team to compile market intelligence that will contribute to the ongoing attention to market development, product differentiators, and firm wide strengths / weaknesses.Candidate Core Competencies & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Required with an MBA / RPh / PharmD and / or similar qualification being preferred; Ten (10) years experience in a pharmacy / healthcare, business development, pharmacy consulting, analytics, marketing, or related field; Demonstrated ability and desire to respectfully challenge and engage internal and external partners through persuasive, yet authentic dialogue; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Strong written and verbal communication skills that assertively and respectfully communicates challenging concepts, products, and solutions; Notable desire to lead, proactively manage timelines, deliverables, and client partner expectations; Cross collaborative experience with small, medium, large medical carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs); Strong experience successfully leading market competitiveness assessments (RFP), leading discussions surrounding a variety of service and vendor contract agreements; and, Strong moral compass to always do whats best for the Client Partner, Patient, and those impacted downstream by the work were responsible for.
