MUST live in MN Position Title: Customer Service Representative We're seeking a detail-oriented and personable Customer Service Representative to provide first-level support for our healthcare products. In this role, you'll primarily focus on entering and tracking customer orders, responding to inquiries, and delivering a positive customer experience with every interaction. Job Duties/Description: Respond to inbound customer calls regarding orders, product information, and servicesEnter and track orders for hearing aids, accessories, and partsMake occasional outbound calls and respond to emails/chatsUpdate CRM records and resolve order status issuesHandle 70+ calls/day while maintaining quality standardsCommunicate out-of-stock updates and manage customer expectationsPerform additional administrative tasks as needed Requirements: Must reside in MinnesotaHigh school diploma or GED required3+ years of call center customer service experienceStrong verbal/written communication and listening skillsProficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based systemsExperience with Salesforce, ERP, and multitasking across systems preferredAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentPrior B2B or healthcare-related customer service experience a plusAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
