We're seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Associate to join our growing team and help scale our multi-channel operations. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll play a critical role in customer satisfaction, marketplace management, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement & Support: Manage omnichannel customer communications (phone, live chat, email, social media) Respond to and resolve customer inquiries with a focus on satisfaction and retention Identify upsell opportunities while addressing customer needs Process custom prescription orders and coordinate with lab systemsMarketplace & Order Management: Process dropship orders through Commerce Hub and SPS Commerce platforms Report daily inventory levels to all marketplace partners Monitor order fulfillment accuracy and troubleshoot issues Ensure seamless integration between systems and customer satisfactionSocial Media & Brand Management: Monitor and respond to all company mentions across Meta, Instagram, Reddit, Bazaar Voice, and Amazon Engage with customer comments, reviews, and messages from customers and influencers Protect and enhance brand reputation through timely, professional responses Track sentiment and escalate critical issuesProcess Improvement: Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to optimize workflows and implement automations Document and improve standard operating procedures Provide feedback on customer pain points to improve products and servicesRequirements: 2+ years experience in ecommerce, customer service, or marketplace management Proficiency with Commerce Hub and SPS Commerce (or similar EDI/dropship platforms) Experience managing marketplace inventories and order processing Strong social media management skills across multiple platforms Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities Local to North Miami - this is an in-office position Available for occasional events in Miami area (travel expenses covered)What We Offer: Direct reporting line to C-suite leadership Opportunity to shape and improve core business processes Hands-on experience with multiple ecommerce platforms Growth potential in a scaling organization Full coverage for any business travel expensesOur Timeline: We move fast!
