Title: Technology Sourcer ILocation: Johnston RI 02919Duration: 6+ months contract Job Description:The Technology Talent Sourcing Professional is the first level of contact for our passive candidate pipeline initiatives.The Talent Sourcing Professional will utilize internal and external tools to target qualified profiles, connect with passive candidates and build/maintain talent pipelines for technology talent. If you have solid networking and relationship building skills, know how to source passive profiles and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would like to talk to you about this opportunity.The types of roles that this individual will be responsible for sourcing include: Full Stack Application Developers & Architects, Digital Platform Systems Architects/Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers and Web User Interface(UI) Developers.These are the primary roles; however, it is not all inclusive.The successful candidate for this role will have an extensive background in recruiting, including passive candidate sourcing and attraction; a proven track record of engaging top talent for hard-to-fill positions, niche roles and special project hiring. The Talent Sourcing Professional is a highly organized individual with a solid proactive approach, who can build strong internal and external working relationships and is highly effective in problem solving and creating strong sourcing strategies to drive top talent to our organization. Must have strong business acumen and understand market data/trends and competitive intelligence while building future pipelines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential, as the Talent Sourcing Professional will interact with both the talent community and business line hiring managers within the organization. Must be experienced with Diversity sourcing strategies (building and working them).Responsibilities: Define sourcing strategies based on specific business line need, required skills, roles, and locations. Source, engage and qualify active and passive candidates while creating and maintaining pipelines. Partner with Business Leaders and Talent Acquisition Partner(s) to ensure adequate pipeline levels to meet current and anticipated demand. Identify and execute candidate generation strategies, proactively researching and assessing new recruitment methodologies. Conduct external benchmarking to understand the competitive recruiting landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders. Participate in and help drive diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce. Utilize social media to market roles, attract talent, develop personal network and build online communities of target candidates. Understand, document and distribute market/competitive data Conduct initial screens to qualify candidates and articulate clients Value Proposition. Effectively manage CRM tools in order to capture metrics for all recruiting activities. Meet/exceed key recruiting performance metrics.Qualifications: Proven sourcing experience using creative sourcing channels (LinkedIn), Google searches, licensing lists available online, calling competitors, and constructing effective Boolean strings. 3-5 years experience sourcing potential Technology candidates for potential opportunities over the phone and through social media channels. Hands-on experience and measurable success with engaging candidates through various sourcing techniques. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Advanced technical skills. Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates. Effective time-management abilities. Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
