Their portfolio spans residential, commercial, and public sector work with each project driven by a mission to create lasting community impact.The Role:The Landscape Architect will lead and coordinate a variety of suburban and urban design projects from conception through completion. This position involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, strong client engagement skills, and the delivery of high-quality, innovative design solutions.Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of diverse landscape architecture projects, ensuring design excellence, complex schedules, and budgets are maintainedCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams on the planning and design of parks, schools, residential developments, commercial centers, and civic projectsOversee detailed design deliverables, including hardscape plans, planting design, and site layouts that respond to each sites unique characterAct as the main liaison with clients, consultants, and public agencies, overseeing projects through approvals and permittingMentor junior staff and contribute to a team culture that fosters collaboration, learning, and professional growthQualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution7+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally including projects in Arlington, Fairfax, and Loudoun CountiesProfessional Landscape Architecture license preferredProficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design toolsExperience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Revit, or similar toolsStrong commitment to teamwork and a collaborative design processWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:Our client offers an inclusive, supportive workplace with benefits designed to promote balance, health, and professional growth.
