Job Title: Corporate Paralegal Location: West Los Angeles, CA (Onsite) Schedule: Full-time, in office Pay Rate: Up to $40/hr Duration: Temporary role through January About the Role: A leading real estate company in West LA is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to provide support during a maternity leave. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to important legal and corporate matters while working closely with senior leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day corporate entity management, including forming LLCs, preparing resolutions, maintaining organizational charts, and securing required certificatesDraft and organize materials for Board and Committee meetingsProvide support on corporate transactions, including document review, due diligence, and closing coordinationAssist with company compliance filings, annual reporting, and corporate governance documentsMaintain company policies, monitor litigation matters, and help track intellectual propertyPerform notarial services (or willingness to become certified)Provide general administrative assistance, including processing invoices, coordinating signatures, preparing mailings, and organizing legal filesContribute to special projects and assist with other legal or corporate initiatives as neededQualifications:At least 3 years of experience as a corporate or real estate paralegalAssociate's or Bachelor's degree and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate (or CA equivalent)Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretionStrong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with executives, staff, and outside partnersProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and adaptable to new systems or applicationsNotary public commission a plus
