Job Title: Store Manager in Training Location: Orange County Reports To: District Manager / Regional Manager Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Open availability, including weekends, early mornings, and eveningsPosition Summary:We are seeking a driven and experienced Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to join our leadership team. This individual will undergo an accelerated training program designed to prepare them for the role of Store Manager.
