We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead multiple commercial and industrial construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering strong relationships with clients and project teams.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison with clients, managing expectations, communication, and project flowOversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and scopeDevelop comprehensive construction budgets and detailed project schedules, including milestones and dependenciesManage job costs across labor, materials, and subcontractors to ensure financial control and accountabilityLead project startup including design development review, conceptual estimating, bidding, buyout, and contractsCoordinate with owners, tenant reps, construction managers, superintendents, and project coordinators throughout the project lifecycleHandle all project documentation including RFIs, change orders, submittals, pay applications, and monthly cost reportsEnsure timely reconciliation and closeout including punch list completion, subcontractor billing, and final documentationTrack construction progress and manage inspections in alignment with project schedule and local code requirementsParticipate in design reviews, pro forma analysis, and contribute to project programmingIdentify and resolve project issues proactively, including those raised during monthly review meetingsPromote and implement project management best practices, leading by exampleSkills & Competencies:Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and qualityProficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 35 years of commercial construction experience required
