Team MemberEnable everyone to affordably make their house a home.The Team Member (TM.) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes and helps maintain an active selling culture by ensuring that all processes are held to documented company standards designed to drive sales.The TM maintains a positive attitude, works with a sense of urgency, and executes all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.* The TM contributes to a customer-focused environment while providing excellent customer service.* The Team Member performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while providing customers with a positive shopping experience.* The Team Member unloads, processes, and stocks freight within the correct location while following all store merchandising guidelines.* TM performs Store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks as assigned inside and outside the building.* The TM actively impacts and participates in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention so the store will operate effectively and profitably.* At least 18 years old.* High School Diploma/Equivalent.* Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.* Does the right thing for a team member, the customer, and the company in all situations.Flexible and creative with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business
