Collision Estimator Classic Collision is now hiring a Service Advisor for our location. To offer quality service to its customers with integrity and honesty. Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person I-CAR / ASE certification preferred Customer Service -Provide the highest level of customer service while building customer satisfaction and retention Teamwork -Contributes to building a positive team spirit.
