Fiscal Analyst

Job *****This position will provide day-to-day oversight and internal fiscal management. The job responsibilities include daily fiscal tracking and reporting (within the states financial system as needed), serving as a grant-fiscal subject matter expert, and coordinating with grant leadership, the program implementation team, department-level grant management, and department-level fiscal teams to ensure proper setup, maintenance, and alignment of the grant throughout its lifecycle. This position will communicate and facilitate post-award budget modifications, interagency funding transfers, and assist with mid and end of year reporting in accordance with federal requirements and changes. The position may assist other units/ bureaus with spending plans, project/initiative forecasts, and projecting expenditures. This position will also evaluate project-level contracts and budgets to ensure compliance with state, federal, and grant requirements, and will complete other or team-related duties as assigned.***** Intermediate Excel skills is required. Prior knowledge of First State Financial (FSF) is preferred. Experience with daily fiscal tracking/reporting.
