As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and driven Senior Operations Manager to lead key operational functions and who is skilled in team collaboration and customer service.We are seeking a results-driven healthcare operations professional with experience in recruitment, scheduling, and day-to-day operations. If you are a strategic leader, and someone who is focused on finding smart, practical ways to reduce inefficiencies, support business growth, and help teams deliver the highest level of care. The Senior Operations Manager must be skilled in team collaboration, operations management, and customer service, with a strong track record of building positive relationships across departments. You will oversee critical operational functions including caregiver recruitment, onboarding, implementation of training, scheduling, compliance, and process improvement.
