Our client, a highly respected IP law firm, is seeking a technical specialist with a background in electrical or computer engineering. Billable *****1,600 *****Hybrid 2/3 *****(Chicago, San Francisco, Alexandria, VA, or Boulder office)***** · Patent preparation and prosecution · Foreign portfolio management · Patent licensing · Conducting due diligence in IP transactions toward rendering opinions to clients · Working closely with clients, inventors, and firm attorneys***** · Must have a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or an equivalent discipline. An advanced degree is a plus · Prior, patent and law firm experience is a plus but not required · Familiarity with AI technology is a plus but not required
