Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a successful boutique law firm it Atlanta seeking a business litigation attorney with a strong background in contract disputes and commercial litigation. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit, highly experienced legal team. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, values a supportive, family-like culture, and is looking to grow in a low-pressure setting - all without the burden of billable hour requirements. Applicants must be licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.Key Responsibilities: Draft complaints, motions, and discovery responses in contract and commercial litigation matters Handle routine court appearances (many virtual) and assist with hearing preparation Support lead attorney in mediation-focused cases and motion-heavy litigation Participate in case strategy discussions and assist with case management Collaborate with experienced paralegals and administrative staff Help refine and apply existing templates and processes for litigation efficiency Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in GA 3+ years of litigation experience preferred Experience in motion practice and courtroom proceedings is a plus Strong legal writing and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Interest in contract, business-to-business, and summary judgment matters A good cultural fit is essential - this is a highly collaborative and long-standing team What We Offer: No billable hour requirement Tight-knit, supportive team with long-tenured staff (some team members have been here 10-20+ years) Opportunity to grow into a full-time, independent case-carrying role over time Flexible work environment Top Medical benefits IRA with match Regular team-building events and a positive cultureDesired Skills and Experience Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a boutique law firm seeking a business litigation attorney with a strong background in contract disputes and commercial litigation.
