Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for full cycle Project Management within a construction environment. Responsibilities will include defining project scope, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, conducting project status meetings and communicating updates to all stakeholders. Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment necessary for success. Responsibilities Set project timeline, monitor project deliverables and update relevant stakeholders and team members on the project progress Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned Manage project documentation, ensuring proper billing and deliverablesQualifications Bachelor's Degree and/or 3+ years of Project Management related experience Constuction industry experience; familiarity with terminology, processes and technology Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
