Ensure alignment with local, state, and federal regulations. Lead, coach, develop a strong team, and communicate with important stakeholders. Develop and manage annual budgets for the assigned portfolio and oversee the attainment of budgeted goals. Coordinate work activities and services from vendors, consultants, and other contractors as needed. Detailed knowledge of property competition and other market conditions affecting leasing and operations.The Skills & Experience You ***** A minimum of 5+ years of experience managing and leading multisite teams (multifamily) Proven success in managing and improving operational efficiency.
