We’re looking for aSenior Digital Designerto concept and design compelling visuals across multiple beauty brands. This role will be responsible for creating best-in-class digital assets and experiences while maintaining brand integrity and ensuring cohesive design across all touchpoints. Type: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire Pay: $90k (DOE) Location: Sherman Oaks Schedule: Hybrid - on-site 2-3x per weekKey Responsibilities Design and produce digital assets, including display banners (static and animated), emails, and paid media across desktop and mobile. Partner with creative, marketing, and web teams to provide art direction and UX recommendations for digital experiences. Ensure the brand’s digital presence maintains consistency, quality, and usability standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with time for feedback and revisions. Serve as the internal creative lead for all things digital.Requirements 5+ years of experience designing for web and digital media (emails, paid media, web banners, etc.). Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Strong understanding of UX and development best practices. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with HTML5 animation is a strong plus. Solid grasp of mobile-first design principles and production deliverables. Exceptional creativity with a strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
