CNC Mill Supervisor(70-90K) We have an opening available for a CNC Mill Supervisor in the Syracuse, NY area. Career ***** Potential to be a part of succession plan for senior leadership roles.***** As a Working Supervisor you will supervise, assign tasks, and oversee the daily work for CNC Mill operators. Roughly half of the time you will perform milling machine setup, troubleshooting, and operation. Mentor and train CNC apprentices; provide ongoing development support. Lead problem-solving efforts with operators on floor issues. Track KPIs, conduct Gemba walks, and manage production scheduling. Participate in or oversee basic machine maintenance.Background and ***** 5+ years of CNC milling experience, including setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting. Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills. The ability to identify improvement opportunities and help operators sharpen their skills.
