Control the *****Build accurate cost estimates and budgets, then keep them aligned with project goals. Be the Face of *****Serve as the main client contact during preconstruction, building trust and delivering confidence. Collaborate Across *****Work side by side with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to create clear, coordinated project plans. Problem Solve *****Identify risks before they become issues, and create solutions that keep projects moving forward. Lead the *****Mentor and guide preconstruction staff, ensuring collaboration, growth, and top performance. Document + *****Keep contracts, schedules, and reports up to date and accurate.What we’re looking ***** 5+ years in preconstruction management or construction management (industrial services preferred) Emphasis and high level of knowledge specific toMechanical Scope(NOT HVAC) required Knowledge across civil, concrete, steel, mechanical, and electrical construction Strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust and manage client relationships Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills (reading drawings, negotiating contracts, managing budgets) Proficiency with tools like HCSS Heavy Bid/Heavy Job, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar software A collaborative mindset and ability to lead by exampleTo learn more please submit your contact information and resume.
