Construction Project Manager

Our client is working on several public works projects across the state and are seeking a Project Manager to lead an on-going project. Any experience with large-scale public agency work will be required. Responsibilities - Lead and oversee construction projects within active, occupied environments Maintain direct communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination Provide technical evaluations, recommendations, and project guidance Ensure contractor compliance with project documents and standards Manage projects involving multiple contractors and disciplines Coordinate schedules, track progress, and prepare detailed reports Handle contract administration including correspondence, submittals, requisitions, and change orders Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred Professional Engineer (PE) license or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred 8+ years of progressive project management experience Experience with public space or public agency work is preferred Strong communication and leadership abilities OSHA 30 Certification required Solid understanding of public works construction practices
