We are an established 28 year-old Land Surveying company, seeking a Land Surveyor experienced in both field and office work. This job opportunity has room for growth within the company. Candidate should have the knowledge and ability to perform, oversee and quality control of various land surveying projects such as: Boundary analysis and boundary surveys (record of surveys, corner records) Preparation of subdivision maps ALTA surveys Topographic surveys Construction Staking Lot line adjustments Write legal descriptions Requirements Profient in AutoCAD and Surveying Software Ability to do field work if needed Professional Land Surveyor license is an advantage L.S.I.T is required Self-motivated individual Background check Benefits Paid vacation, and major holidays 401k retirement plan Medical Reimbursement Plan
