Position Overview The Executive Administrative Assistant is the organizational heartbeat of Sole Construction Partners, providing critical support to our CEO and CFO while ensuring seamless operations across our network of construction companies. This role directly empowers our leaders to focus on strategic growth by managing schedules, coordinating the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), and facilitating communication. You’ll partner with executives and teams to drive accountability and collaboration, making a tangible impact on our success. Who We Are Sole Construction Partners is the shared services engine for a network of five construction companies. We provide centralized support in finance, HR, operations, and strategy so our companies can grow stronger together. We build scalable systems, foster collaboration, and support leadership teams with the structure and resources they need to succeed. Here's the Work You Get to Do Provide daily executive support to the CEO and CFO, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing commitments. Coordinate and attend EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) meetings, preparing agendas, capturing notes, and following up on to-dos and rocks. Act as a communications bridge between executives and their direct reports—following up on assignments, ensuring clear messaging, and driving accountability. Handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity. Support field operations with administrative tasks such as communications, safety documentation, and planning team building/social events. Partner with the Director of Administration on social events and leadership gatherings. Coordinate documents, correspondence, and expense tracking as needed. Anticipate needs, resolve issues before they become problems, and keep the CEO and CFO focused on top priorities.
