They are currently seeking a Project Architect who embodies the values of Collaboration, Commitment, and Professionalism . The ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications and capabilities: Registered Architect (required). 8-10 years of professional experience in an architectural firm. Expert proficiency in Revit , with the ability to document and manage complex architectural projects. Experience functioning as a BIM manager is a strong plus. Strong knowledge of construction detailing for both wood and metal frame structures. Proven ability to develop clear and concise construction documents, provide technical detailing, and guide project support staff through red-line corrections and direction. Experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams through design development, construction documentation, and construction administration phases. A refined design sensibility with meticulous attention to detail. Familiarity with municipal and agency approval processes and a strong understanding of code compliance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey project knowledge effectively to design teams, contractors, and subcontractors. On-site construction experience, including monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to contract documents. Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred but not required.
